The Gallipoli Monologues

Mark Wright is back gracing our stage with his wonderful one man play “The Gallipoli Monologues”. Mark is passionate about history and wrote this play after visiting Gallipoli. His research revealed personal family members caught up in the WW1 campaign.

This play is well written, and Mark plays several different characters from various aspects of Gallipoli. Mark puts the humanity into this historical event and brings to life just what it might have been like in a foreign land for some of these people.

We are delighted to host three performances from Mark. On the 24th April at 6:30pm. On ANZAC Day at 2pm and another at 6:30pm. Tickets are available from Waihi Stationery Shop in Waihi.
