A Little Bit Shakey is officially scheduled for 6 – 9 November

It’s Waihi Drama’s Ode to the Greatest Playwright That Ever Lived.
It’s also a skit show.
Whaaaaaaat? I hear thee cry!

A Little Bit Shakey takes snippets of Shakespeare (or any classic playwright really) and reinterprets it in unique ways. YES there will brilliant acting but also poignant poetry, wandering witticisms, adorable arias, and … dance? Juggling? Fire-eating? Magic?

This show is what YOU make it. So make it along MONDAY 18 AUGUST from 6pm onward, at The Theatre to discuss ideas and pitch your part. If you already know what you want to do, email Hollie hollieweir@gmail.com and let her know what piece you’d like to perform.

This can be ANY classic text. We’re not limited to Shakespeare so go for it! Marlow, Keats, Bronte, Byron, Ghandi, Greek Epics… they’re all there for the taking!

And remember, you don’t need to audition or even know what you want to do…if you want to be in, YOU’RE IN!
